Cancelled / Unrepairable orders subject to diagnostic fees. 
Policies

  • Deposit of half of total amount due when dropping off wheel(s).

  • Deposit of half of total amount due on orders. For example; tires, wheels, etc.

  • Not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, acts of God, or any other cause beyond our control.

  • Tires supplied by customers are charged for mount and balance despite whether the tire is good or bad.

  • Items left over thirty days becomes property of Wheel Fix It.

  • Not responsible for damages if we are not supplied with all parts to install your wheels properly.

  • No customers in shop unless escorted by a Wheel Fix It employee. No exceptions. 

  • Customers with wheels that have excessive damage will be responsible for additional repairs that were unseen during quote.

  • If repairing a wheel that is straightening only or weld, Wheel Fix-It is not responsible for cosmetic damages to the wheel.

  • $25.00 storage fee on vehicles not picked up after 48 hours of work being completed.

Warranty

​

We offer a 90-day warranty on all workmanship and paint defects.

​

The warranty does not cover corrosion
due to chemicals, improper cleaning or
maintenance, climatic conditions,
neglect or wheels damaged in transit,
or damage as a result of improper tire
mounting, improper installation,
accident, alteration, or loading beyond
rated capacity.
We will, at our discretion, repair or
replace any product determined to be
defective without charge to the
customer. This warranty does not
include cost of installation, labor or
freight.
The warranty is provided only to the
original consumer purchaser and
represents the sole and exclusive
remedy of the owner.
